We're back! Life support machines are pumping away, the pulse monitor is beeping away steadily and we're regaining feeling in our outer extremities...
Seriously though, the dust has settled after my big move and the internet is bathing my new apartment in a warm digital glow. It feels pretty nice. I'm just popping in right quick to let y'all know that we're still alive, and fish.cloud will be coming off hiatus in full over the next couple days. We're going to keep it light on the verbage today, but you best believe that we're laying a super special treat on you. It's no secret that we sweat the Junior Boys; in fact, we're probably borderline gay for them. The announcement of their forthcoming "Dead Horse" EP got us just a little hot under the collar, and now that it's finally made its way into our grubby little hands we're more than pleased with the results. With stellar contributions from Hot Chip, Ten Snake, Marsen Jules and techno overlord Carl Craig (!!!), this little wonder of an EP straight kills it. The Kode 9 entry is a pretty big disappointment, sounding more like it was just ripped off of his recent full-length rather than a remix, but the strength of the Hot Chip remix alone makes up for it. And on that note, we give you our welcome back present.

I'm rushing out the door to go catch Battles at the Church, and this weekend we'll be heading up to good ol' NYC for that Ellen Allien party at Studio B (so many dance parties, so little time...).
